Some of you may know that I recently became interested in Kooba Bags, long after they were no longer being made.

I've just purchased this NWT Kooba Aubrey Bag in Almond on Poshmark. The listing didn't include many photos or details but I made an offer of $42 and it was accepted.

I was pleased with the bag when I received it, the leather was soft, the bag was well-made, and it came with the original tags! It was wrinkled and seemed a little dry in some areas, like along the edging, but it was an easy process to restore the bag to its former beauty.

I stuffed it with towels and steamed it to reshape the bag and remove the wrinkles, then I treated it with Leather CPR to moisturize the leather, and the black nickel hardware only needed buffing with a soft clorth, and I am very happy with the results.

Here are After photos of my NWT Kooba Aubrey in Almond. The Style number is KF13445-42 and the color is Almond #907 and it retailed for $498. I think that it was released in 2014 because that is the earliest reference that I find for the bag. How do you like my new-to-me Aubrey bag?
