So the methods I used were a little unconventional and risky. While I was scared, I figured the bag could not look any worse!
Here is the before:

Disgusting color transfer covering the back.

Dirt on the corners and bottom.

Overall dirty front.

The Method:
First, I used carpet stain removal to lift out the color transfer stains.

I couldn't tell if it was working or not; if it was, it wasn't working fast enough! I went online and read about throwing a dirty Coach bag in the washing machine! This bag doesn't have any leather components, so I thought it would be worth a try. :o

I put Shout all over the color transfer on the back, and threw it in the washer! I did this for two cycles.

Here is the after!

Of course, I still have a little work to do on the back. But other than that, the front looks much brighter, and the dirt on the bottom/corners are practically gone! :D the bag kept it's shape and color, even after two cycles in the washer! My bag is wearable again! :D

Maybe I'll use the Folex Carpet Cleaner again in the back, since the stain is so minimal. I will post a picture tomorrow showing the stain completely removed!

Mindy: that bag rehab was a great success. Thanks for the tips. I used 409 then Spray and Wash with Rescue to hand scrub a dirty lime green nylon Dooney hobo. It came out looking good except the bottom looks a little buckled. I didnt want to immerse the bag due to the beautiful leather trim.
