So, since school's almost over and I am graduating, I decided to sell most of my textbooks. The result?...a new handbag!

I needed a cute summer tote that I could take anywhere (casual, of course!) but didn't want to spend a lot of money. So, I went to my favorite consignment store and bought this beautiful Coach tote! I just love it! It is authentic and almost new!!!! I love the pink lining and the clasp inside is just too cute!!! :heart: :heart: :heart:

What do you think?

I love shopping at consignment stores. Some of them just sell whatever people give them to sell without knowing whether their stuff is real or not. But the owner of the one I go to (not too far away from where I live...I live in NY state) always tells you what's authentic and what's not. She's been doing that for many years and has lots of experience. So, I trust her completely! I wouldn't be surprised if she was one of the experts on here! :biggrin:

Anyway, yes, I do find a lot of cute stuff. I bought my authentic Fendi purse for almost 80% off the retail price. I also bought a cute Betsey Johnson dress and NEW Gucci sunglasses there. If you live in NY and want to check it out, PM me and I'll give you their info.

Cute tote! That particular line of totes were popular a few years ago when one of the SATC women carried it, but I think flipped inside out. I think. Hopefully someone with better SATC knowledge can confirm this.

Carrie had a pink one in Sex and the Country. I don't remember it being inside out though.

That is a great bag. Is it Navy or Black?? I remember really liking this line when it came out and I am sorry I didn't purchase one.

Oh, wow!!!! Carrie carried one on Sex and the City? I have to watch that episode then! LOL...I'm obsessed with that show. I think it's black but the SA at the store told me it was navy...so, I'm not sure.

OK, I was wrong about the color, it is cream with a periwinkle blue bottom. You can see it on top of the refrigerator in Sex and the Country and when she is shoe shopping with Miranda in Ring A Ding Ding

Ok, I absolutely love this tote!!!!!! It is just so cute and summer-y!

I was at a Coach store the other day and saw a cute ponytail scarf that I thought would be perfect for my bag! So, I bought it and here they're together! Let me know what you think!
