I had bought a Roberto Coin rose gold bracelet, and within 1 week...it broke
so I brought it back to Birks and returned it.
I was walking around the estate pieces section and I saw this necklace, the SA took it out of the case for me and I tried it on and I loved it!! it's a .55 carat VS champagne diamond set in 18k rose gold solitaire setting, 16 inches in length. its so different, in some lights it shows green, others a dark chocolate brown, and is nice rich champagne and is constantly glittering away throwing flashes of blues, reds, pinks etc...
I also got a pretty decent deal on it as well because it was from the estate section, meaning the previous owner of the necklace sets the price of the consignment, birks does a proper appraisal value of the necklace and diamond (retail value) and also an insurance value which is always much more than retail would sell for.
