my new re-set engagement ring ...

Hi lovely TPFers

Next weekend will be our 1 yr anniversary and as such DH agreed to let me re-set my e-ring. He actually proposed with the diamond and i chose the original setting thinking that it was exactly what id always wanted (based on the Tiffany Lucida) but since then ive tried on other styles and found that halos are just more 'me'.

So here is the re-set (with my wedding band) ... i LOVE it ... the sparkle is crazy.

Its got what i love about a princess cut (the way it sparkles) but the halo and band give it a more unique feel ...

Thanks! Thats what i was after - less metal (but i wish i had figured that out before we did the original which was platinum!)
