Congrats, Candace - and I'm so happy you were able to find true "customer service" at the second place you went. Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch - for the most part, I have found all SA's and Managers (in person and on the phone) very professional and willing to go out of their way to help.

It's good to "see" you smiling again! (well, at least in your prose!) haha Love the new purse - and the pink sets it off perfectly.
