I've been hunting for this bag for a really good sale price for awhile now...debated on colors. Originally wanted EB, but just bought another bag in that color. I kept trying to get this on MK's site on sale, but it kept selling out before I could buy. Argh. I was looking for a black small crossbody with gold hardware and decided this was the bag for me! Got it at Bloomingdales.com (still on there now)... Orig $218, marked down to $152 and then another $20 off, plus e*bates... came to $132! Very happy! Super soft and smells yummmy! Pretty room for a smaller crossbody.
Here it is... Bedford Small Messenger in Black.

ImageUploadedByPurseForum1442515383.245889.jpg Has an outside on the back of the bag. I can fit my iPhone 6 vertically in it with a little of it peeking out or horizontal where it's a tighter fit. Shoot I just appreciate there's an outside pocket!!!

Thanks! Yeah, that is true about the liners. I have a few other MK bags with black lining. I think it's kind of nice to have a contrast, but no biggie lol. I love the KS bags that have the striped lining...I have a few with it and they are super cute.

I do think he should do a contrast color that isn't so dark, a black outside gives totally open range on colors for a liner.. maybe one day he'll buy a clue on this. :p

You got one then!! I haven't used my raspberry one yet, I'm saving for it my holiday but it really is roomy for a smaller bag isn't it. I too love the leather on this. You will get a lot of use of this bag, it looks great in black.

Yes, I did! Thanks for all your help!!:kiss: I was waiting for the right price and the right color. I've been stalking a lot of different sites. I even placed an order on MK's site last week when it popped up on sale and was so excited and then I get an email saying it was out of stock. In the next day or so bloomingdales.com had it on sale for about the same price so I jumped on it. I almost had it in Chili for a similar price, but when I went to order it the next day the price went back up $50 so I said nahhhh I just can't do it lol. So needless to say I put in a lot of time to get this bag for this price lol.

Yes, it IS quite roomy! I can stuff a lot in her. :)

Nice bag with lots of room for a small bag. I love the outer pocket option, too. Personally, I think the soft leather is a better material for the functionality of a crossbody bag.

Glad to have been a help, that's why I think this forum is so good, you get a lot of ideas/ help from people. Chili would have been lovely but I agree about the price. The original price was quite high for me for a small bright messenger bag that I won't be used regularly, I wouldn't have paid full price for mine as the colour isn't that versatile. I think it is worth the price in other, more year round colours though as it is a very practical size/ style of bag.

Really, really beautiful! You can actually see the high quality of the leather in the pics. And I can almost feel the new leather scent! :cool:
