My Hamilton arrived! She is Vanilla with Gold HW. I really love her so much. I'm wondering how delicate this color will be to take care of?

I love Hamilton! I have one in luggage with gold hardware... Your Vanilla is gorgeous! Not sure how best to take care of it, but in general I don't wear white bags with dark jeans (although Hamilton leather seemed to be less prone to color transfer compared to other light colours from other brands)

Very pretty:love: ... beautiful color! I definitely second Phiomega's comment to NOT wear it with dark denim jeans or even black clothing. I had a cream Coach tote that I wore quite often ... never used it with dark denim but used it with black tees and cardigans, had black color transfer on the back of the bag:(
It looks fabulous in the front but I could never get the color transfer off in the back (lighter but not completely off).

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will also be ordering the MK rain and stain repellant. :)

Use the Rain and Stain Repellent. It's really easy to use, and is not an aerosol but a pump spray. I've treated all my MK bags with it. I spray the bag lightly, wait about an hour, and spray it again. On the bottle it says to let dry for 24 hours, which I also try to do. Enjoy your Hamilton; it's beautiful!
