I've been looking for one myself and can't decide between a channel set or prong set and I'm also torn about a half diamond band vs. a full band. I know I can get larger diamonds in a half, but I'm still torn. Tried on a few yesterday at a store, but they were out of the larger diamond ones.

Love it!! Is this the 2 carat or the 3 carat? I was looking at the 3 carat but I ended up with the Garland Eternity Band instead and like you, I bought it now to save the 15%!! Blue Nile told me they only offer that deal once a year in January. We were able to save over $700! My ring is for my 40th.

Thanks, everyone. It is the 3 carat one, I checked your post IMG and it's the other one you were looking at, although, because I am a size 5 it's technically 2.79 carats. Which makes the stones each 15.5 points. I debated the half eternity band as well because of the bigger stones, and tried it on at a jeweller, but it just didn't have the pizzazz I wanted - you know when you are waving good bye or hello! Lol! It really sparkles in the light and I wanted something that would hold it's own as a wedding band. I've always admired how Jennifer Garner wears her rings- elegant but casual. One day it may compliment the 2 ct round solitaire I'd like.

I'm wearing it - he has no problem with it. However I am refraining from showing anyone on Facebook, I might come September. We got engaged on February 18th, 1999 so that's kind of Anniversary as well. He's really bad with presents and would not have thought of doing something anyway. Besides, he got a REALLY big Snap On tool box on sale that we are calling his anniversary gift and he had no intention of waiting to use it. I'm glad you love your new ring despite not being able to wear it. Have a great birthday! You'll have to post pics at your party with your ring on!
Beautiful! Is it comfortable? I'm looking at similar rings myself but I'm not sure if I would find shared prong uncomfortable.
Congratulations it's beautiful. Can I ask if it feels comfortable all the time? Do you find it catches on stuff or that when you wash your face it bothers. I got 2 eternity bands made by my jeweler from an old tennis bracelet that had smallish diamonds but broke twice on me. So it was a good price for both of them, but they still feel a little prickly.
