I really adore them! I try to use them any opportunity I can. 
I really wanted a pair of solitaires but couldn't afford them yet in the size I wanted so I got these. They're composed of 4 marquise diamonds and 2 princess cut diamonds each. Then smaller diamonds all around the "crown" looking setting and on the posts/prongs. I love the fact that they look like solitaires too (unless you look closely).
