And to ocgirl, Jenn and Smooth, I do work my legs but in my family, muscular legs are genetic. I do squats, lunges and leg presses about once or twice per week. My family all carries excess bodyfat in our midsections; that's where I really have to focus my efforts with cardio, core work and healthy eating (the latter never occurs, so I'll never have any muscle definition in my abs, LOL!).
