My new baby - Monogram Pochette... but a little disappointed.

Hi All,

I am new to this forum.

When I got the pouchette yesterday. I saw 3 black ink marks on the vechetta. I am a little disappointed. What should I do? Is there anyway I can clean them? Also, the D Rings are tarnished. Is there anyway I can make them like new?

That is a bummer!

I think you may be able to try for a refund since the listing did not mention the ink marks and it said excellent condition. Otherwise, try baby wipes. I used them to clean my leather strap (I did not have ink though so I don't know if it will take out ink). You need to moisturize it afterwards though since the baby wipes dry out the leather a bit.

Congrats!! but i'm sorry to tell u that ink marks can't be removed so u might wanna have it refunded
