Hi all,

My mom wants to get my sister a Burberry scarf, so she placed a bid on eBay. Without authenticating it first. Yikes. :wtf: I quickly took the auction to the Burberry forum and they say that it doesn't look good. My mom has already placed a bid on this--what to do?! Is there a way to cancel a bid without a strike against you, especially in the case of (possibly) counterfit goods?

Type in 'retract a bid' in the help section and instructions should pop up, I'm not positive but I don't think it will let you if it's in within a certain time of the auction closing. You'll have to chose 'bid wrong amount' or 'no communication from seller' though, but she can get rid of her bid.
