My lady dior in lizard is damaged .. please help me

Hi, I'm not an expert on this, but it looks like the lizard skin has bubbled due to the heat. If you have the receipt take it to the Dior store and ask them whether they're able to send it off to fix. They might charge you for it. If not, I have read on the forums here that Leather Surgeons do amazing work on fixing luxury hand bags. Good luck.
You can try fixing it yourself first. Rest your bag at the head of an ironing board so that the bumpy lizard parts are against a flat surface (but not the hardware. Make sure all the hardware is not in contact with the board because the hardware can indent/bend the bag). Leave it like that for a few days and see if there is change.
If not, then bring it to Dior and ask if they can repair it.
Sorry for not posting an update, i know it has been more than a year .So after i went back home during my flight I noticed it was shrinking and when I arrived it sort of disappeared but still see a small wrinkle
Yes i am so happy but i have learned to be cautious with this particular leather and be aware of that if i ever wanted to buy lizard again.
