My Hermes US profile disappeared!

I'm wondering if anyone here has ever heard of this happening before? I am Canadian but I have shopped in Orlando and NYC so had begun to build a decent spend there. I shopped at the Madison boutique in January and then I was in Orlando last week, and when the SA went to look up my profile, it was gone. We tried every possible to way to look it up - phone number, names, email, even the client number that was on my previous receipts. Nothing. I was surprised and pretty upset, as I had previously shopped at both Orlando and Madison. The last time my profile would have been accessed was in January at Madison, so I guess something happened there. But I don't understand how this could possibly happen! Does anyone have any insight or experience with anything like this? I haven't contacted Madison yet, but am planning to.
 
Do you have a common name? I'm curious if it was accidentally merged to another client's account.

If I were in your shoes, I would fill out a customer inquiry on the website and give them all of the info used, including client number and see what they say.

I wouldn’t say my name is common, no. But that is a possibility that I hadn’t thought of. I’ll fill out the inquiry like you suggest, thank you!
 
Could it have something to do with the it outage. Was Hermes affected at all? A lot of smaller companies were - like my hvac people still dont have their computers working.
This happened before the outage, so it definitely wasn’t that.

That's really upsetting, I hope they can sort it out. If they can't find your old profile, can you bring in your receipts and let them add it to your new one so you're not starting from scratch?
That’s a good idea, I’ll ask about that when I call. The SA in Orlando created a new account for me.

Maybe the issue is the Orlando boutique's access to client database? Hopefully your account still exist with Hermes corporate and Madison.
That’s possible! I guess I’ll find out when I contact Madison.
