My Hairy Eva has been replaced!

Hi All! I just wanted to pop in really quick before I have to dash off to school. I wanted to let you all know that my SA replaced my hairy Eva. They agreed that it should not look like that so they just gave me a new one. yay!

In case you missed my earlier drama, I purchased the Eva about a month ago and noticed 2 weeks later that the zipper was fuzzy/hairy. At the time I noticed it, I called right away but my Sak's LV didn't have any Eva's in stock. They had some today so they replaced it for me. I am so glad they were able to do that!
