I like what you said about using orange on darkened handles. ITA! I have also used a paste of bi-carb & lime in the past and it worked wonders. The citrus & bi-carb really goes to work on the oils. I thinly apply the paste and when dry, I wipe it away with baby wipes. This only works on light coloured leathers. You did the right thing by just using orange I am so proud of you!!!
