Why did they cancelled your friends' order? I can swear that i saw the bag go back in stock after the 30% off sale.

I purchased this around Friday morning, when the sale began, I realized a lot of TB sale items sold out very quickly... but when I see the sale sections today, most of the bags were back in stock... Not sure why.

I'm not sure why they cancelled it, I will mention it to her that some of the bags were back in stock. They seem to have issues with their system on sale days, I added something to my bag and got all the way to adding payment info when it decided my item was no longer available.

I had a similar issue - they said they declined my credit card once, and then they said the item could not be shipped in to Canada from the USA. But when I ordered a different item on that same day, all the purchasing went through fine.
