So I picked up my Ebene Speedy today coz I had one of the handles and 2 chapes replaced as the glaze was peeling and one of the chapes was wrinkled.. And good news was, they replaced both handles for the price of one!!!:yahoo: Then, it only took them 15 days to fix it.. So happy with their service..:biggrin:

Before my reveal, here are the pictures of my new handles and chapes..:biggrin:

Yay!! You almost got it.. But I got the black MC instead as I thought that this will be more durable than the Vernis..:biggrin:

I really love the grenade interior..:biggrin: And I decided to put my Juicy Couture charm on it instead..:lol:

Thank you!!:smile: aaww.. Hopefully you can get it sooner.. I know normally they will give you an estimate of 4-6 weeks for repairs.

Thank you everyone!!:biggrin: I think that's the reason I picked up the charm.. It's supposed to be for the pouch..:lol:
