Take it back. Did they charge you for it or was it complimentary?I’m so upset right now. I had my mini pochette repaired that was 6 months old and I come back to pick it up looking worst than it was before. What should I do??? Help pls. Here is a comparison of my other mini pochette which does not look like that at all.

They were gonna charge me at first but when I bought a bag at the same time the SA decided to waive the fee for some reason. However they said to take it back in I’m not sure whether they will charge me this time. But I had it repaired the first time because my leather tab was fraying due to the separation.Take it back. Did they charge you for it or was it complimentary?
Update. They made me pay for the repair this time. Not sure how to feel about it. I hope they do better this time. How would any of you feel if the initial repair was free in the first place?
That is ridiculous! Why? If they didn’t do a good enough job with the first repair, why should you pay for having them fix their sloppy work?!Update. They made me pay for the repair this time. That doesn't make sense. I find that I get different answers from different people, depending on who I talk to. This sounds ridiculous and I probably would have pushed back. Still push back if you can.Update. They made me pay for the repair this time. Not sure how to feel about it. I hope they do better this time. Thank you for everyone’s advice I’ll speak to the repair team again at my store. I appreciate all of you for being here to talk!![]()
I hope you have a better experience than I do!I am having a zipper replaced on my DE Pochette NM. A few of the zipper teeth just came off which was odd because the end metal bracket right beside the place where the teeth were on of the zipper is intact. I guess they weaken over time. In any case, I love everything about my pochette and never see them in production in this print anymore so am going for the zipper replacement. I hope they do a professional job. I still have the zipper pull looking bright and beautiful. I wish the zipper could stay intact and just replace those teeth to avoid fear of a botched sew job but that isn't realistic.
