Sooo, I usually hang out in the Coach forum and have a small collection of Coach bags. Recently I have so badly wanted a quilted flap bag with a chain strap in a light color. I had sold off my small dressy bags recently and thought this would be a good all around style for that category. Well I really went shopping with no luck at a couple department stores. I decided to stop in Tj Maxx as a long shot and found this:

I didn't even know this existed! And it was everything I was looking for! The only problem I have is that I really wanted to wear it crossbody. Do those of you that have seen these think it looks funny crossbody? I am 5'2" if that helps. Here are some more pics, enjoy!

I love the little Hamilton flap bag! Great TJ find and it looks like your kitty thinks so too. :smile1:

I don't know how it would look crossbody, my only concern would be denim transfer on such a light color.

I had the exact same thought, and the strap is actually too short to reach down to my jeans whether I wear it on the shoulder or crossbody! So that is definitely a plus. They also had this bag in black, but I think I wear too much brown and black was just a little dressy for me.

I will try to post some mod shots soon when I'm looking a little less yucky!

Thank you! I wanted to make sure it was something I could wear with pretty much anything. The only color that I think won't really go well is crisp white because this is a very warm off white type of color. But I don't own a whole lot of white anything so that works out well!
