I purchased the On My Side MM while I was traveling. The box was too big to fit in my suitcase so I stuffed the bag with some clothes, kept it in the dust bag, and packed it in my carryon. The carryon was stuffed so it was a tight squeeze. When I unpacked the bag when I got home last night, I noticed there are imprints in the leather on both sides! I let the bag sit overnight hoping it would fix itself but it didn’t. Is there any way to fix this?

Leather can be tricky, it can be very forgiving or not so much. I've had similar things happen and here's what I have done to "lessen" the markings. If it's a softer, more malleable leather, it may ease up with a gentle shaping and exposure to some warmth/sunlight, (under supervision, of course). Another method I've used in the past, which gives me a faster result is I carefully warm up the leather with a blow-dryer on lowest setting, quick exposure, then cooling, while gently "stretching" out the wrinkle. I use a leather lotion afterwards. These are just MY tricks. I certainly don't want your pricey purse to suffer anymore damage, so proceed with caution and hopefully maybe just over time they will fade somewhat. Good luck, so sorry this happened :-s:flowers:
