my first little H box

This is my first impulse buy from Hermes. I would have never ever thought of owning a piece of Hermes at this time of my life. Well the story was that i was stopping over at Narita Airport in Tokyo for 3 hours. So i was like i have nothing to do except going to the sushi bar to enjoy my toro sashimi and shopping. So after I got done with my wonderful exotic sushi. I started to shop. And the first shop that i went in is the H store! And i saw this lovely small item and i felt in love for the first time with the orange brand

Its a ring! I'm a guy so i can't we having those scarf rings even tho i think they are adorable

Anyway this is my first H ring purchase i have no knowledge of it whats so ever.

Is anyone aware of the actual name of this item? TIA
