My first coach and she's not perfect.

Hi all,

I received my first Coach yesterday (big thanks to the Coach store staff who helped find this discontinued bag in their system) and there's a little dent by the handle. Will this go away over time?

Might smooth out with some leather conditioner and time.

It's a beautiful bag, I was looking at that one previously in navy.
Honestly most bags (even the thousands of dollar ones) will not be perfect. And as soon as you put a few scratches on it from use, you won't mind so much. Enjoy it in good health!

Most discontinued bags that are still in stock will probably have a flaw or two.

Think of it as a dimple - making the bag uniquely yours. For 50% off it is worth it

I agree w/ the others, almost all bags have some minor flaw, and yours isn't bad, so I'd keep it. I have a Swagger 27, that I bought from the outlet with dents from the handles, probably from being shipped with the handles down. I didn't notice it until I started using it (I was on my way back from a store), so I didn't bother trying to return it. I tried to get them out by hanging in the bathroom when I took a shower a few times, but they are still there (maybe they will go away eventually). Anyway, I still like the bag, in fact Im using it today. I carry it on my shoulder with the straps down most of the time anyway, so they are not that noticeable.
