hi gals! lately i've been totally getting into jewelry (real, not costume) and have been stalking this forum, of course, which is how i was introduced to Signed Pieces, an estate jewelry retailer based in NY. today i made my first purchase from them and i am sooo excited that i just had to share the news with my tPF buddies! (i haven't told anyone IRL, including DH...it's kind of my little 'secret' for now. which i know makes no sense since im announcing it in cyberspace, but i know some of you get it...right? hehe

anyway, i should be receiving it by mid-next week, but here are some shots from their site for now. it is a tiffany & co. platinum sapphire and diamond ring. the sapphire is 1 carat, and the diamonds are approx .70 ctw. i've been wanting a piece of sapphire for ages, so i hope this one is it!! eeeeek - i can't wait!! will post real pics when it arrives...
