Hey guys! I'd like to share my experience at nana hospital. I think I found them through this forum and read quite some reviews on babitalk and gangnam Unni.
Online consult:
I reached out to them through whatsapp around October 2021 and I was helped by this very nice lady named Honey, she was quick with her replies and was straight to the point with the procedures i may need.
I booked a slot with de Kim hyung jun for in september and they honored the old prices before Korea opened up for international travel again.
Face to face consult:
I was greeted by honey at the reception desk and taken into one of the private rooms to talk about my expectations and wishes. Then the dr. Kim entered the room to check what needed to be done. Through whatsapp we agreed to do the following:
Double Incisional eyelid surgery
Fat grafting to the upper eyelids due to sunken eyelids
Rhinoplasty
Osteotomy
During the face to face consult 3 things had to be added: epicanthoplasty, septum piercing hole closing and hump removal which kicked up the price by about ~600-700 ish euro
The surgery:
Before the surgery I had a rundown through the terms and agreements, the doc came in to draw on my face and listen to my last few wishes and doubts.
I was not allowed to eat or drink for 8 hours before the surgery, unfortunately the previous patient came in 40 mins late so I had to wait an hour longer, I kinda got hangry at some point.
I was given clothes where I had to change into and wash my face before honey brought me to the surgery room. She held my hand the entire time while I was strapped up against the operation table and got my entire face and thigh for fat grafting desinfected and prepared for the surgery.
I was pretty zonked out during the surgery, but one thing I remembered clearly was how much it hurts to have local anesthesia inserted into my eyes lol, definitely be prepared for that. The doc also told me to open and close my eyes many times.
After that I was put to sleep without warning and then I woke up on a chair with a nice plush blanked. I felt surprisingly good so I could get up and leave within an hour less.
I will be posting daily updates about the healing.
Aside from that please don't ask me how much I paid for this, it was still the pricing from a year ago and the price is a lot higher now!
And I'd like to end my review with an obligatory English is not my first language, please don't mind the grammatical mistakes
