Hi, ive just been given a medium size silver open heart pendant. I already have the small on a 16 inch chain. I intened to wear them together on the same chain, a bit like of the tiffany website, apart from the fact that they are both silver rather than one silver one gold. (which i think looks great).

However, the medium seems enormous compared to the small (its not the mini by the way). We purchased both from Tiffany's website.

Is the medium really that much bigger? It measures about 3cms wide. Are there two different mediums? Did i get the wrong one. Or do the pics on the Tiffany website seem misleading.

The medium is a lot bigger thann the small. I have both as well. I think there are two medium sizes- Medium A and Medium B. Did you get the medium on the 16" chain or 18" chain? The 18" chain has the bigger medium heart.

Hi, i got the one with the 18 inch chain. I didnt realise there was two mediums. The Tiffany website doesnt say what the dimensions are. Only the dimensions of the mini and small (i have the small 16mm one). I did notice two different chain lengths but it says nothing about the size of the pendant. Bit daft really. I do love it. But i think i will save my pennies and maybe get a gold mini to go with the small one and just wear the medium one on it's own. It looks rather meaty, so i think i will forgo any other jewelry when i wear it. I think Tiffany need to have clear dimensions on all their pendants really.

Just measured it; it is slightly over an 1 inch across. The small measures around 16mm. Pic attached of them both.

Is it a medium size A or a B?
