Maybe you need to clarify - you are asking for a vintage constance? - vintage is usually preloved already??
And with ebay - you can always ask the seller even if it is listed as not shipping internationally.
Don't worry, wait a while and I am sure the perfect one will land on your lap!

Hi OP, you can go to ebay and do a search on "Hermes constance". If you see any item that you like, post in the Authenticate thread using the required format, then you can go on from there.

If they do not have a Constance of your liking at this moment, they may tomorrow or the next week. If it will be brand new, that is however unlikely.

At the moment it is not possible to buy the Constance from hermes.com so maybe a trip to a physical store may be the best solution for you.
