OK, so last night I was on the fence about keeping or exchanging my beautiful Suhali L'Epanoui GM for 3 or 4 other bags, because I didn't know if/when I would ever use it (re: this thread). In the end I was leaning towards keeping it, but I knew I had until tonight to decide, because my friend's going to Manhattan tomorrow and I was going to ask her to exchange the bag for me.

Then when I woke up at 7AM today for my 9:30AM internship interview, I saw the bag sitting on the floor of my closet, all ready to go back to Manhattan (just in case I changed my mind :shame:), and I suddenly decided to take it for a little spin to see how much I'd like carrying it.

Now I can officially say that I'm keeping the bag :yes:! And because I'm a (shamelessly) self-proclaimed vainpot and my boyfriend was still asleep when I was getting dressed, I decided to get a little camera-happy.

The funny part was that the man who interviewed me had a Damier Bastille sitting on the window ledge behind him :laugh:! And when I walked out of his office after the interview, his secretary hissed, "I love your bag!" :yes:

yes they are :yes:. i got them from Begdorf in Manhattan back in January, and today was the first time i wore them!

thanks :shame:! i do kind of like the Bastille though. it's really nice for a men's bag! and i think i did OK in my interview. he said they'll 'call me tomorrow for an update' :huh:

yes i was. when the SA showed us the bag i just gaped at it while she went, "i love the leather!" :D

That's pretty special. When I saw your thread showing all of the purchases, it made me miss shopping with my mom.:cry: :laugh: I actually called her after I read it and I told her all about it. She lives a couple of states away and we used to shop together a lot, but she's really sick right now. I'm hoping to get her back out there when she feels better. We used to have so much fun, but I'd have to be careful because she'd try to buy me whatever I liked. "Just get them both!!!":rofl:
