I had this fight inside my head... regular VS 25 but ultimately got the 25. Most of my bags are around the size of the regular Rogue, though different, so I don't need another one the same size... yet I obviously like that size. I can fit all my necessities in & I can get the handles in although I'm probably going to keep them out as they seem to sit comfortably on top as you can see in my pics. I'm 5'2 - it doesn't look too small on me but it's smaller than my others... I'd do modeling shots because I haven't seen many of the 25 but my boyfriend already thinks I'm crazy being on here lol - so I'll wait till he's not around! I got the denim, because I wanted brass hardware. To me, the denim is definitely not navy. I included a pic next to another bag of mine that I do consider navy so you can see the diff if you haven't seen the color in person... it's a very pretty shade. This is the 1st coach bag I've been excited about in ages! Thanks for letting me share!

Last tidbits of info:

The 25 size bag is very lightweight which I love.

A full size Marc Jacobs zip clutch fits in the center zipped compartment very easily with plenty of room for other things, easy in & out, but it does NOT fit in the suede sides.

I can fit my wallet, LV pochette, pm agenda, phone charger in the center. My cell & headphones in one outer, coin purse & cles in the other.

My rain coat in the modeling pics is navy - the bag in comparison is lighter & a diff shade. Still have yet to see the sun by the time I get home for an outdoor shot!
