Hi ladies! I'm new to the forum and wanted to post some pictures of my newly dyed Tortilla bag. I got this bag for Christmas years ago (and it has been everywhere!) After reading about the Tarrago dyes from the forums, I decided to take the plunge and order it. I didn't want to go too far from the bag's original pink but thought that the #101 Magenta would make the color a lot richer (and hide the dirt and pen marks). After 3 coats, I am quite pleased with the results! It looks like a brand new bag!!

What it looked like yesterday (yikes!!)

And now for the new and improved bag!!

Wow, what a huge difference! It looks great! I love the shade of pink! The dye won't run on to your clothes, will it?

Wow! What a transformation! Amazing. The color looks so nice and even too. That would be one of my fears of dying something like a purse - that the color would wind up all splotchy. Great job.

Thank you! It took me a couple of hours to do 3 coats evenly. I'd paint one side and let it completely dry before doing the other side.
