This is sort of a reveal, but not really in the true sense of the word ... I was lucky enough to find an original Ball hobo and as soon as the deal was made, I'd planned that she would be my holiday bag ... but I didn't know how I'd make it work; I'd thought of tying a ribbon around her handle or some such thing - I knew I wanted her to be even more special for the holidays. So, without further ado, my 'addition' to the weaving of Bottega Veneta, and I can tell you that just doing this little tiny bit was such a treat. My dream would be to go to the master school in Italy ... (and no, it's not permanent, my 'addition', lest I horrify any purists -) I might pick up some metallic gold thread to weave in with the colored strips, just for a bit of shiny bling...

That's fun-looking! Just make sure those woven strips that you added are totally colorfast (and definitely shield them from moisture against that white background).

Enjoy!

Bravo! India! your little weaving trick is very festive
and you can go to school in Italy
BV has a school

they have to go to school for 3 years before they can make anything
and I heard it is very hard to get into the BV school
