Chanel mini handle crooked?

Hi all,

I really need your help in seeing if this Chanel mini with top handle is crooked. I have found the two sides of the bag are not even and it is bothering me a lot! What do you guys think? Thank you so much!

the thing is I love the color but my SA does not have a new one to exchange. Sigh

I have the same issue too with a Trendy I bought. It was the only one, a bit crooked and had a little scratch. I ended up buying it but yeah the crookedness still bothers me a bit. :/ For mine, I noticed that it seemed to be crooked due to the turnlock possibly not being placed straight and slightly higher on one side horizontally, so when you close it, it makes the flap a bit crooked. If it bothers you now, I think it will always bother you as much as you try to ‘forget’ about it.

I would exchange it as soon as you're able, I don't think you'd make a post if you it was something you could get over.

I’m so sorry! They are not easy to come by but this one is indeed crooked where one side is pushed out. There will something better for you! I‘d return it as well.

since it bothers you a great deal, I would return if you can live without it. It depends on how much you love it and how hard it is to get an exchange. IMO, the exchange, if you can find one, my have more issues.

Did you take the strap out and see if it helps it look less crooked? I find that sometimes they look more crooked when the strap is piled up on one side, pushing the other side of the Flap down a little. Try that first!

It is indeed crooked. Like you said, it bothers you a lot. I think you shouldn't keep it

I can see what you are referring to; the flap is lower on the right side. I swear QC does not exist at Chanel!

How about if you put the chain on and carry on your shoulder?
Seem like the cover flap is not in the right shape.
