My butchered Proenza - please help

A local store 'cleaned' my bag and it came back a complete mess. I contacted Gerry at Leather Surgeons and he said since he wasn't very familiar with the brand and couldn't help me. Please, can anyone offer some help??

I don't know if you ever found help, but Modern Leather in NYC would be able to help you, for sure, no problems at all. Many of us in the Bottega Veneta forum have used their services and been very pleased.

Thank you!!! No, I haven't heard from anyone. I contacted Lovin My Bags too, but haven't heard back from them either.

I'll def reach out to Modern Leather tomorrow. Have you used them?
