Hi, just thought I would share some thoughts about this lovely girl I bought, returned and then bought again. I was getting questions and didn’t want to clutter up the thread.
My first impression was love at first sight. No doubt. But I was torn because I was afraid of the vachetta. After using the Patina Champ method I figured out how to care for it and now I’m good.
For people who are curious, Here are my pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Beautiful to me. The shape. Some people say it reminds them of a water canteen. Not me.
2. Love the leather piping. Helps it keep shape.
3. Soft against the body. I always wear crossbody and the bag is so comfy. (As compared to my Alma bb which is not as comfy cause it’s so stiff)
4. Keeps its shape without being a stiff bag.
5. Holds plenty for me. I don’t carry too much though.
6. Light weight. That is really important to me because I have shoulder problems and I cannot wear even medium weight bags.
7. Tag in front is super cute. Moves when you wear it. Bounces a little.
8. Shiny gold hardware is so pretty
9. Soft strap. A must for me. Again, shoulder issues.
10. Always stays upright when worn. Doesn’t tip over, barely tilts.
11. Many people will appreciate the convertibility of the strap, short, long, etc. I will always wear it long.
12. Back pack option. I will seldom do this but it can be done.
14. Well designed side straps on bag to prevent to much pulling on straps.
15. Straps go all the way around the bottom to help retain shape.
16. The shape to me is classic LV. Reminiscent of vintage bags. A must for me.
Cons:
1. Vachetta if you’re scared. On bottom. On side.
2. Doesn’t hold THAT much. If you carry a lot it’s not for you.
3. Access. Hand rubs against zipper. There may be concerns about scratching jewelry. I don’t wear any in my dominant hand so no issue for me.
4. Really no functional pockets. I don’t consider the slits to be useful.
5. No easy top handle. You would need to adjust straps. I would never buy this bag if I wanted it to use it as a top handle bag.
6. Can’t attach a separate wide strap easily.
I am including a crossbody side view that may be helpful.

Hope this is helpful to some people.
