Thanks to everyone for input on my 30th birthday present! DH and i were in Paris as part of the birthday and Went into the Cartier store for my first ever Cartier :) here she is- my new right hand ring! This is the trinity in the largest size. It feels very substantial and perfect to commemorate starting my 30s. Now your input- It fits my middle and ring finger- which looks better?? Get new jewelry or a new bag/ ended up getting both!! :-o no more presents for me for a while...

pretty!! I think it looks great on both fingers, but I personally find rings on the ring finger to be more comfortable. hope you had a lovely birthday!!!

I am getting ready to celebrate my 30th at the end of the month and getting my first Cartier as well...=)

Thank you! :) I was going to get a ring for my pointer finger but the SA convinced me it is not chic, and she was French so I had to listen to her :) I actually agree that for a chunky ring like the one I got it looks better on ring or middle finger.

What are you going to get for your birthday?? My birth day's actually at the end of the month also but since we were in Paris last week I got my presents early:) so I'm still in my 20s another 2 weeks!

OMG, your pictures are beautiful, I want to go to Paris so much now!

I have the same ring. It's been in the safe a couple weeks, I need to get it out, I miss it!

Thank you!! How come you keep yours in a safe? At the bank? I don't have much jewelry, before this just a few silver pieces from Tiffany's plus my wedding set

You should go to paris!! It was wonderful, we loved it. Very full of tourists in July so you can't be set on any leisurely exploration of Eiffel tour or louvre...but not bad for walking around in the non touristy areas.

Oh nice! I am getting a Cartier Ballon Bleu SS 36mm watch. Can't wait! Happy early birthday! Mine is the 26th however, as soon as it arrives in the mail, I think I will need to start wearing it as I am not sure if I am patient enough to wait =)

I don't have a big collection either, but we have one of those safes that are attached to the floor, so it's pretty easy to get in and out of there.

Unfortunately, my trinity is quite loose, I lost weight after I got it, and now I have to stay super aware of it when I wear it. So, we were going to a lake for the weekend, so I wanted to leave it at home.

OMG, long story!

I hope to make it to Paris someday, maybe when my daughter is a teenager (she's 7 now).

I prefer how it looks on your ring finger. But wear it how you like it most. Also glad the SA convinced you not to wear it on your pointer finger. Congrats on your new ring and LV.
