They are still offering Gris T?Hi guys! Just before I reveal my most exciting score, I want to share my score and experience at the Ginza Hermes flagship store this morning! I arrived at the store at around 9:45AM, and there was a couple standing right next to the glass door already! My heart sank immediately as I was hoping to score my dream bag. So I immediately lined up with my son behind the couple and waited for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until the doors finally opened. Once we were inside the store, a male SA gave us each a number. I got number 3, and once everyone in line got their number, the first 5 people in line were escorted to the lift and travelled to the leather department on 4th floor. Once we got there, the couple was invited to look at the only Birkin bag that was available this morning. It happened to be a Birkin 35 in Gris T with PHW. Since the bag was still being viewed by the couple, I asked the SA about bag charms and she asked me to follow her to one of the counters and took out not 1 BUT 3 small orange boxes. My heart was beating so fast at that time as I was in shock that there were 3 gorgeous bag charms right before my eyes!! Hi guys! Very sorry to have kept you all waiting for so long! So here comes the reveal of my dream bag: I arrived in Tokyo on Sunday afternoon and once I dropped off all my luggage at my hotel, I rushed to the Hermes flagship store in Ginza. When I arrived at the store, it was already 6:45PM in the evening. The store was not quite busy as the closing time is 7PM, especially the leather department on the 4th floor. There were quite a few tourists wondering around the leather department and I think they were trying to look for Bs/Ks as well. I first looked at the small lemon clutches/pouches from the latest Tutti Frutti collection that were being displayed on the glass counters. Then, I asked one of the female SAs about the price of the lemon clutches and then popped up the question about Bs/Ks. Of course, her answer was 'no, no deliveries today, sorry'. I was actually kind of disappointed butI thought, maybe I could try out their shoes and boots on the 3rd floor. I went down to the 3rd floor to try out the Jumping boots in Asian version. So once I tried out the boots and a Kelly belt in Rouge H with Rose Gold hardware, I popped up the question about Bs/Ks again. This time, the SA asked me what sizes do I prefer. I told her I'm interested in a Birkin in size 30 or a Kelly in sizes 28 or 32. She immediately went to the computer and helped me check. About 10 minutes later, she came back with a black paper bag and asked me tonfollow her to a fitting room in the women's RTW department. Slowly, she revealed a magnificent and beautiful Birkin 30 in Gold, Clemence leather with GHW! I was absolutely over the moon! Thank you all so so much for your compliments and love! Also, thank you so much for being patient with me and reading my super long story!
