nope, they got me a replacement after 3 days of turning in my week-old bag.

I was happy to hear that there is a 2-year warranty on the bags, although I was less pleased to hear that they will replace the bag only on a case-by-case basis.

oohh.. good to know where to shop!! I plan on returning to HK later this year and one of my spots to go to is Vuitton.. I'll definately drop by the store on Pacific Place!
