I’m literally freaking out. As I went to put my Jack + Lucie bag charm on a purse it literally freaking broke!! What can be done about this???

Don't panic. I assume LV can fix it. Maybe a spring or something came out? Sorry it broke, looks like you really loved it!
Something must’ve come loose. I have no idea. I just bought this two months ago.

I have an appointment with Louis Vuitton tomorrow. I really hope this can be easily fixed. This charm is very special to me.

It doesn't look broken, more like it just came apart, if that helps at all. I have one of those rings in a key pouch that was really hard to move, and my husband was able to fix it here at home. You still have the pieces and they look whole, so I hope LV can help out.

Oh no! I'm sorry that happened. I think it's good that it's the clip that has broken, I'm sure they're able to replace that regardless of how old or how limited the charm is. Good luck!
