I put an authentic Christian Dior bag on ebay last night that I bought myself from the store and which has the stamped warranty card thing, I don't sell tons of bags just my old ones and I am not a business, I don't even do it to make profits just recouperate some of the costs. Anyway this happened before when I tried to sell my paddy but I wasn't too bothered as the store said they would accept a return anyway and I bought another one, but this has really made me mad. Wht can't they see the good honest sellers? I emailed then saying it's ridiculous they can look at my feedback and see I have aways sold authentic goods and why on earth would it be authentic when no one has ever even so much as suggested anything I have sold is fake and some have even had things authenticated. I am just so upset, it basically means I can't sell the bag and yet you just have to look under Chloe and there are fake plastic paddys being sold for a few hundred pounds and fake louis everywhere, it makes me sick. This is the message:

Trademark infringement is unlawful and breaches eBay's policies. A trademark is a unique sign (such as a name, word, phrase, logo, or symbol) that a company uses to identify its products and/or services.
Using another company's trademark in a way that may confuse buyers about the source of goods or services, or confuses buyers into believing that the seller is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the trademark owner is both illegal and against eBay's policies. Examples include counterfeits, unauthorised replica items and items that bear the brand or logo of a company without that company's permission.
Guideline: If the product you are listing bears the brand or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or authorised by that company, don't sell it on eBay.
You may not deny knowledge of, or disclaim responsibility for, the authenticity or legality of any item you list, for example by adding a disclaimer to your listing. Before listing an item on eBay, you should make sure that you're legally able to sell the item and that it's authentic. If you're not sure whether an item is authentic, please don't list it on eBay.
