Sprigged- all of the light fixtures are from Home Depot! They have some really nice lights!

Quick update!

We've been working on the kitchen this weekend. New backsplash and floor tiles! I painted the kitchen white, I am still working on sanding/painting the doors.

That's EXACTLY the floor I've always wanted. I'm turning green from either envy or admiration over here. Great job! Love in-progress pictures - such a labor of love for your house.
