They were really low on stock I had communicated with the reservations team for weeks I was flying the Monday and rang up Sunday direct to chanel at 8.00 am. They reserved the gst in silver hardwear and a woc. A few hours later heathroe reservations said they were out of stock, I had to then ring chanel to clarify they still said they had them I never slept all night.
Arrived at 8 rushed into chanel she said she didn't have any gst in silver only the extra large one, hen shenfound the one I reserved younthink I won the lottery then she said she had the wallett to match the sa heather was so lovely,
I didn't buy the woc as I only like caviar as think its more hard wearing,
So I bought the pearls.
Don't get your heart set on buying something specific as you might be upset if they don't have it,
