Hi, experts! I bought a Neverfull MM with Cerises interior 2 months ago to replace my 15-year old Neverfull GM.

I noticed the stitching is crooked at the part where the double stitching is.

Attached some pics. I know LV quality isnt as great as before. I had the leaf heatstamped with my initials so Im assuming i cant take it back and it’s been 2 months already.

Does this happen? It wont really bother me if this is something that’s “common” but it would bother me if it’s considered a defect.

This is very much typical. It could be nicer, but since it is only a minor aesthetic issue, Vuitton would just say "it's handmade bla bla...". While it is both true and untrue at the same time, the reality is that this quality expected from them these days. I was always team magnifying glass before buying, but would be even more so now. One of the factors that made me dial down my leather goods purchases at Vuitton in the past few years.
