Michael Kors My 1st MK but Unsure

So my hubby bought me my very first MK but I'm not sure about it. Its a westbury shopper. I would like to know when this bags was released? Is it popular style? I want a MK but I just dont know any help or comments would help.

If it's the one in your pic I love it!!! I am new to MK as well, but a lot of women where I live carry them. Around here they are the new Coach bag. Everyone has one. I have never seen this style though, beautiful bag. Sorry I'm no help...lol.

I think it's nice because it looks like you can wear it on your shoulder or on your arm and it'll still look good either way. I LOVE MK bags...good quality, classy, easy to use - they're my new obsession

If i were u i would keep it since its from your dh...
The question would be are you goin to wear it often?
I know a friend of mine who would not use certain brands even though those were gifts.
However for ppl like me, whatever Im given, i will keep haha.

That would be the reason I'm keeping it because my hubby bought it for me. He had said if I'm unsure he has no problem with me getting something else.

I personally do not like monogram because it has the logo plastered everywhere and that is how coach went downhill, but if you typically go for mono keep it.

The question is, would it break DH's heart if you were to return it? Personally, I'd keep it for that reason alone although I'm not really big on Monograms either.

Hey Krazy Lisa, I just saw this bag up for sale on Beyond the Rack.com; it is called the "Signature Jacquard Westbury Shopper". I also did a quick look on ebay and there are several for sale. I also tried to find it on the MK website, and found very similar bag, the only diference beside the color is the closure. Looks like it was release in late 2008 for 2009.

Either way, enjoy your new bag I hope this helps. By the way, did your bag come with the MK tag? you could do a search on the MK website if you had the style #. The Black leather trim bag is from Beyond the Rack and the white leather trim bag is from the MK website.
