music note necklace?

I was wondering if anyone on here knew of any brands that made a music note necklace? Treble clef/half/quartner notes-- any is fine, but I've been searching for one for a while now, preferably in gold/rose gold w or without diamonds. Etsy has cute ones but I'd prefer real gold, and there are no pretty dainty designs no matter how hard I search Anyone know of a designer who makes one? Thanks!

There are some on eBay, if you're not terribly concerned about brand. I really like the second one; it has 1 CTW diamonds.

James Avery has a few music related items in silver and gold. I think they make nice quality affordable jewelry.

Thank you everyone soo much for your recommendations!! I checked them all out and I have to say I really like those Alex Woo necklaces... haha they are a bit pricey though!

I also found this website, which sells really pretty, affordable dainty pieces! I think I might get this necklace, but everyone should check her out. The designer is Lena Wald!!
