Mulberry repairs

Hello

Does anyone know roughly costs for repairs to a mulberry bag ? The postman's lock on my knightsbridge bag has been broken.
I called the Mulberry shop on Bond street but they didn't give any indication on price and just wondered (from experience) if anyone here might know?
