Yes it's a Rosemary. I see quite a few bags in the pre-loved section have incorrect names. Makes it very confusing!

The Rosemary bag is a smaller version of the Roxanne

I thought Roxette was the smaller Roxanne? I had one ,and preferred the smaller size.!
