My mum had a mulberry bag delivered from store and she paid £8.00 shippingif you call the store there is no shipping fee
Mulberry online customer service is first class! I ordered an Oxblood Bayswater last may and the one that came had a scratch down the middle (could only see it when light hit it) and the flap the way it had been stored to be delivered resulted in it being bent up a tad - I emailed them regarding it and they sent me a brand new one with guaranteed next day delivery!! I was over the moon and they use DPD who are awesome! Handed my faulty bag over for my new one which was perfect.

Oh my goodness that is awful! I have never had any problem with DPD in any capacity. I hope you got it sorted out easy and quick!!!In my experience dpd are awful delivered my parcel to the right house number but on a completely different street. Imaging ringing dpd asking where your parcel is and being told it's in someone else's home and there nothing you can do about it! Horrible experience

I'm glad the issue got resolved on the day thank fully. However I had to go the persons house to pick up the parcel. Dpd said they would only do it of I was unsuccessful. Many strong worded emails back and forth did not resolved anything all I wanted was a refund of my delivery fee of £8 as the item technically wasent delivered to me. They then tried to blame mulberry so left it at that, but I certainly will not be trusting dpd again😔
I feel your pain! DPD have wound me up plenty of times. Them and yodel, I dread whenever you buy something online and your dispatch email says your parcel will be delivered by dpd\yodel.
