It's a (regular size/large) Bays clutch in an emerald croc-print suede.

I think the model has been redone in a spongy patent for this season (can't doublecheck as the site won't load for me right now) but there may be older colourways at the Outlets. And then there's always the online resellers (evilbay, etc).
