Mulberry bags!!

Mulberry is one of the best brands. I Like its products. Its product is made for long use. Recently I bought that, I loved that color.

I like to carry hands bags. I want more bags, suggest to me more brands for bags.

I like how Mulberry bags look, their designs are beautiful but I’m hesitant to buy them. I have one Darley I purchased in 2019. It’s a soft pink with soft gold hardware. After 2 months the gold turn lock changed to silver. I have cheaper bags without this issue.

That’s crazy. Can you return it? Discoloured hardware is such pain & it shouldn’t be discolouring at this price point.

I agree, I expected much better quality for the price. I don’t have any Mulberry stores where I live and after 2 months I assumed they would not take it back. I bought it from Mulberry store at an airport.

If you bought it in 2019, I don't think it will now be covered by the warranty as I believe this only lasts for 12 months. However, it may be worth contacting Customer Services to see where you stand as any hardware should certainly not discolour after only two months. Hardware can often be replaced, but if they won't accept that the bag is faulty they will expect you to pay for the repair.

Thanks, I’ll contact customer service to find out. I didn’t know they have a 12 month warranty. I would have contacted them sooner.
